The spacious and airy houses sit on elevated platforms offering great views of the Indian Ocean. These are well-maintained solid stone houses built with local materials ranging from Makuti thatched roof to hardwood and boat wood furniture and natural stone floors. Both houses are tastefully furnished with selected woods and local materials and offers comfort and all modern amenities. The second house (Villa Ndogo) was rebuilt and enlarged in 2025.

We can accommodate 9 guests in total. The 150 m2 Villa Kubwa sleeps 5 persons in two self-contained 36 m2 bedrooms, each with enclosed tiled bathroom. In the center of Villa Kubwa is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen separated by a bar. The real centre of the main house is a 40m2 terrace offering shade and fantastic views of the ocean throughout the day. There is also a rear terrace to enjoy the sunset, views onto the garden and into the savannah. Villa Ndogo has two self-contained bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms, an additional kitchen and a washing machine. Staff can be accommodated in separate staff quarters located at the rear side of the compound
